Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data is Polski Krzem PSA, with its registered office at: ul. Leona Droszyńskiego 15, 80-381 Gdańsk, KRS number 0001204823, REGON 543239634 (hereinafter: “Controller”).

2.1. Website Usage Analysis (cookies, Google Analytics, PostHog)

To analyze the use of our website, we use cookies and the services of Google Analytics and PostHog.

The scope of collected data includes, among others: IP address, country, browser version, operating system, and information about user activity on the website. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in keeping statistics and improving the quality of services.

2.2. Contact Form and CRM (Brevo)

The user may voluntarily fill out the contact form, providing their name, email address, and phone number. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and further contact. For this purpose, we use the Brevo CRM system, which enables the management of correspondence and customer relations. The legal basis for processing is the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Data Recipients

Data may be transferred to entities providing IT and hosting services, as well as providers of analytical and CRM tools (Google, PostHog, Brevo), with whom the Controller has concluded appropriate data processing agreements.

4. Transfer of Data Outside the EEA

When using Google services, data may be transferred to third countries (including the USA). Google declares the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Brevo declares that data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements, and in the case of data transfer outside the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards are applied.

5. Data Retention Period

Data collected for analytical purposes is stored for the period necessary to achieve these purposes, in accordance with the policies of Google and PostHog.

Data provided in the contact form and stored in Brevo CRM is processed for the duration of correspondence and may then be archived for the period of limitation of potential claims.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Every data subject has the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • rectify data,
  • erase data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that data processing violates GDPR regulations.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The new version will be published on this website along with the update date.
